Josh and his team works for me for more than 20 years. He did between 12 and 15 of my restaurants every year. From basic striping to resurfacing parking lots. He works hard. He works unusual hours. And he did whatever he needed to do to keep my business operating while he was resurfacing or sealing my parking lot. Most companies will not extend that service to you. Nobody’s perfect, but he tries to me the customers needs. And he was always available when I called him.

Absolutely great service! My neglected asphalt driveway sorely needed sealing, and when J L Blacktop finished, it looked brand new. All the nasty cracks were filled and the thick coating will keep it protected for another several years. Put this company at the top of your go-to list!

Amazing , caring, efficient and direct, no games or tricks like other companies in the area. They do what they say and quickly and efficiently. The Inspector from Walnut Creek City, "Looks Fabulous!" What a relief to have someone deliver on their word and quality!! I will recommend them to EVERYONE , helped me get my final on my sub division......

I would certainly recommend Josh and plan to use him again for future jobs. He is very communicative, knowledgeable and diligent. I believe he was fairly priced compared to the competition as well. Only criticism would be to set clear expectations on the outset of the project so that both contractor and client know what to expect upon completion. I’m overall happy with end result!
