Jan 2021 I hired them to install a tank an a pressure switch June of 2021 I was with out water they knew I was going to need a pump and when I called them they said they would be there that day, they never showed up or called me and still have yet to contact me I have the work completed by a different company. Last thing Jim said to me was I am still in Ocala I will be there and I will call you when I am on the way , he never called he never returned my call or text. He is still not picking up the phone. this is not a good way to do business and keep customers. Now I have to wonder about the Warranty on what he installed in Jan if the malfunctions.

They installed a new pump but they left without telling me there Was a problem with my water evaporator several days later I noticed an odor well, then I called Jim and inquired about it he told me he was having trouble getting the parts I never heard from them again, called many times, left voice msg... Jim never called to update me! My issue was never fixed. I had to call another company! I am not satisfied with this business!

These guys did exactly what they promised. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. I now have a new well pump delivering continuous good pressure for irrigation and house use simultaneously. After my contact with homeadvisor it must have been a whole two minutes before I was contacted by JJs and he came to the house within a couple of hours to diagnose the problem and arranged to be back at 10am today to fit the new pump and extend the well tube above ground as per code. As I already stated, they did everything they promised and I would have no issues recommending them to anyone and everyone

There was no water coming into my home. JJ's Water Well & Pump Repair contacted me back extremely quickly on a Sunday and came out within a hour to checked my well. He was able to explain clearly the issue with my well and fixed the problem the next day. Awesome service!
