Jerome really has a passion for his work. He surveyed our house and recommended downspouts to get the water away from our house, and that the facia wood was detoriated and putting gutters over it would not be secure and decrease water he longevity of the final product.

I hired JJ seamless gutters a year or so ago, he came out by himself and installed all the gutters. Which I had a few issues since he did them by himself and he fixed the issues you had that day. Everything went good till last week when one of my 30ft seamless gutter fell off my house and bent and dented. I called him that evening and he answered and said he would call me back with a time and day he could come back out and repair... have not heard from him after calling again and leaving voice-mail. So I called another contractor from Lafayette area and they came out and was shocked that JJ only put anchor or screws every 8 ft!!! Yup and some were further than that. Little did I know because as a home owner I did not get on top of the roof to really inspect his work when he was done the first time!! ( now I wish I did!!) So after new company rehung the dented gutter ( still waiting on JJ to call and come out and replace said gutter). They did an inspection on the other gutters around my house and each and everyone of them were about ready to fall off. On long gutters there were screws/ anchors only every 8ft or so. I am shocked and not very happy I have paid $ on something that should last 20 plus years but only lasted a year or so!!! So hopefully this review may set a fire under the owner and he will get back with me asap and take care of these issues. Ps I would recommend if your looking for seamless gutters to go elsewhere!!

I highly recommend J & J Seamless Gutters. The owner himself came out to meet us & give a estimate.He was extremely professional but really kind & talked us through what needed to be done with no pressure to hire him.He answered all our questions.This is our 1st Home purchase so we didn't know much.When I called him to hire for the job and discussed the date and time.They were here even before the time.They were very professional & did a fantastic job.Because of his Professional Knowledge, fully explanation of everything & personable kindness we hired J&J Seamless Gutters we are very happy with the job well done.These days it's rare to have the owner come out & meet the customer.He really cares about the satisfaction of the customer and his work.He gave me his phone number & said i could call for anything which I have called & he took care of my questions immediately.His work is guaranteed for as long as we live in this home.If your looking for honest professional business go with J&J.His crew was also very professional & kind they immediately went to work & got the job done in a timely manner.I LOVE our gutters & J&J Seamless Gutters.The Home we purchased never had Gutters & He seen the damage it had been causing & immediately knew what needed to be done & fixed our issues plus it looks Fabulous. I can't say enough about J&J Seamless Gutters. We will definitely hire them back to do our garage next.

Estimate was fair compared to other companies. They removed the old gutters and found out the wood was rotten. Came the next day, replaced old wood with new. Installed new gutters. Installed rain guards. Final payment was three times the original quote. I guess the wood was really high priced, and labor. It had to be done. They did a really good job. Owner was very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Love the look of new gutters. I rated 4 1/2 stars, because @communication was not good at beginning. Did not show up on day of start. He said he had trouble getting some supplies. Showed up next day, and communication was good. I would recommend them.

Contractor kept in touch, did the work promptly and did it well.
