Jonathan is a scammer ! Fraud

I had them put a porch and a metal roof on my house. The porch came out good but the roof did not as they never put venting material under the ridge cap on top of the roof. And a few months later it snowed and filled my attic with about a foot of snow. So I spent the whole day Shoveling my attic out with a one gallon trash can and walking the 80 ft back and forth to the attic access hole to had it to my wife to dump outside. So after the experience I called and texted them pictures of the problem and asked if they could come fix the problem by putting that vent under the ridge cap. Low and behold no response from multiple phone calls and text messages. I was going to fix the damage on the inside of the house all I needed was for them to finish the job they were payed to do. And for the amount that was paid $26000. I thought that was a fair deal considering I even found the stuff to put under the ridge cap and it was 151 dollars for 100 ft of it. So now I am trying to worn every one I can from these ppl that they don't care after the fact they just take the money and cut ties. Hire a real professional contractor that stands by there work and Guarantees the work they do. The guys were all very kind. They did good work. The one thing i was pretty upset about was they painted our decks, not the color we picked out. Only reason we know that is we went back to the store they told us to get the swatch from since they painted and it poured the next day. We had to repaint the whole deck because they didn't do the right color or just simply come back and paint over the washed away paint since it poured. The never put any quarter round up on the hard floor like it should. Other than those two things they did good and were professional. My husband wasn't pleased they used his shop vac to clean up so don't leave things around you don't want used.

We had JJ do the tile in our downstairs bath. Excellent job. Fast, clean and polite.

I hired Joe Home renovations to replace my roof and they did an incredible job. They cam out to give me the estimate within 24 hours and completed the job within a week of me signing the contract. They were exceptionally professional and did an incredible job on my roof. I could not be happier with the results.

I had hired JJ Home Renovations for roof work and was very pleased with their performance. They provided a professional crew that displayed great teamwork. I currently have them working on a kitchen remodel project for me and so far am exceedingly pleased with the way things are proceeding. They have passed all my tests and so far, everything is again proceeding at a 5 star level, exemplary in all aspects.

Great experience! Jonathan did an incredible job installing my floors. Impressed beyond belief with his work and ability to get the room done in half a day (old contractor would have taken 2 days).
