What an extremely nice and personable man!! Joseph is very kind and easy going and best of all very knowledgeable about all things in house construction and repair. I had a back patio door that would no longer lock with the latch due to normal house motion. I called and on the same day, actually evening (since this is a Security issue) he came and repaired the both fittings in the door jamb so that the latches will now easily seat. He explained everything that caused this issue and efficiently repaired. He is on my speed dial now and will always call him for any type of home services. Heâ s a great find!

Joseph was quite knowledgable about the job to be done. Frankly, he was better than the person who did the original installation in that he created a good seal with no gaps or spaces where the venting joined the wall. He also made suggestions as to future preventive measures. High quality work at competitive pricing.
