I placed my request for clogged kitchen sink on Saturday evening. JFC called back within a few minutes and after asking a few questions gave me an estimate for coming on Monday. After another 24x7 plumbing service technician quoted me an astronomical amount, I called James back and he agreed to come over Sunday morning. James arrived on time, fixed the drain within 30 minutes using a 60 ft snake. HE also noticed a trap nut was cracked and replaced it for no additional charge. At the end of the work, the area under the sinks was cleaner than before, and the charge was below 40% of the quote given to me by another service provider. Jim was polite, clear and honest in his communications. Will definitely recommend him.

Quick service, came out within 20 minutes to snake an outdoor drain and had it clear within 20 minutes. Saved my basement from another flooding.

I had a very clogged pipe, JFC worked at it until it was totally cleared. It took a lot longer then any of us anticipated and I was not charged more for the time. If I ever have another clog, This will be my go to guy. Very fair and honest.
