Jeff has extensive electrical/mechanical/plumbing and property maintenance experience. He’s done work on my properties for approx 14 years while living in PA. Scope of work: electrical box updates/house rewiring, maintenance and cleaning heating systems, mounting outdoor motion lights, replacing toilets as well as just the parts as necessary, has installed dishwashers, vanities with sinks, kitchen sinks including the faucets and plumbing hook-up. He’s replaced things as minor as doorbells, downspouts, leaky faucets, toilet/shower/sink clogs. Sump pump issues. Door hardware change. Installation of window blinds. Indoor/outdoor lighting fixtures and upgrades. He discusses options and price comparisons. Jeff’s always on the up and up of the latest Bluetooth/lighting/thermostat WiFi/smartphone technology capabilities on the market. He does everything.
