JD’s Complete Outdoor Service has mowed my front and back yard a few times now. Most of the time, the job is done efficiently and cleanly. But there is an occasional issue of leaving the edges of the lawn appearing as if they were missed or not mowed. A few flowers in the back yard were also “weed whacked” by a hand held trimmer. But other than that, I have no real complaints and still feel comfortable with continuing the service.

Very happy with the outcome of this project. Finished quickly and brought hardware I didn’t have. Very polite individuals. Managed to get these two giant washer dryers down the stairs and into the basement. Timeline was pushed back but let me know and kept me updated. Owner checked on me throughout the process.

He called to set up a time to meet 5 days later. The time came and went and no showed. I texted to see if he was coming, no response. If his company was the only service provider I wouldn't hire them. Big mistake a 30,000 a year contract he blew off.

Never did the job . They came and we agreed on the work to be done . I signed the quote and authorized the yard work . They never came back . I was unable to contact them .

Hi, I would love to know the address to which this Job was supposed to take place? Seeing that I personally handle that aspect, I'm not sure to whom you may have spoken to or when that may have been. We have had a few changes in the company, but I have looked at all of the quotes that have been sent out and received as they would have been sent through quick books and proceeded and logged into the schedule.
