Write a ReviewThe issues that I had with this company have been pretty much resolved
Yes the crew did get stain on the some siding and the door frame and the original job looked crappy do to the semi trans stain selected by home owner. I came out personally and re did the whole job over with solid stain and deck looks good. Also gave a power washing to entire exterior of the house that was covered in grime. And will also be coming out in the spring to repair the damaged siding. Once again I'm sorry for the original job done by that crew but that's not what our company is about and more than willing to make it right like I stated. And as far the timing goes. The est. was presented Aug 26th job started and first completed in the
Avoid JD's Complete Outdoor Service LLC. I hired them to power wash & stain my deck. I was told the deck would be "thoroughly cleaned, power washed, sanded (if needed) & 2 coats of premium seal/stain". On July 24th, the deck was power washed. There were marks on the deck where the water stream from the power washer was too powerful. It also looked like there were areas that were not washed as well as they should have been. I received an invoice a couple of days later even though the job was not completed. I hadn't even picked the stain at this point. Jack came over July 27th to drop off the stain chart for me to pick a stain. I brought it to his attention about the power washing marks. He told me that once it is stained those marks will not be visible. I believed him. The next week, the deck got stained. Those marks did not disappear, it doesn't look like there were 2 coats done and the areas where the deck wasn't washed well just looks dirty under the stain. I talked to Jack on August 10th about touching up the deck. On August 14th, Jack texted me to say that they will be coming by the next day to touch up the deck, weather permitting. The last text I received on August 23rd said they would be over no later than Tuesday of the next week. I did notice that someone must have stopped by because there was a new pack of 3 paint brushes on my deck. Since it rained that afternoon, I figured there was another delay. The pack of brushes still sits in the same place it was placed back in August. The last text I sent on September 26th asked them if they planned on fixing the deck anytime soon. I have heard absolutely nothing. I have been very patient and understand that rain plays a factor in these situations, but ignoring the situation is not the solution. Shame on me for paying them & trusting this company to finish the job I hired them to do. Lesson learned.
Dependable
Went above and beyond my exceptions.
He said he would follow up a quote for continuing services but never followed up.
Felt sorry for them they had to work hard on my lawn....
Very professional and great to work with. I’d highly recommend this company for exterior services.
Please have them contact me, estimated a job!
