I hired Mr. Jo to come and remove part of a floating cork tongue and groove floor. He did show up. He promised he was flexible etc. He removed the floor carefully. He was to come back the reinstall the floor when a plumber had finished with the sewer main drain...the foundation underneath was jackhammered, then pipes worked on, and concrete was done. I have not been able to get Mr. Jo to return a call or text to commit to coming back to reinstall the floor. Further, I asked for a receipt as he insisted on 1/2 the job paid in a check made out to cash. I am so overstressed by this situation. I am stressed because he has not responded back. I am stressed because he did not issue a receipt and yet he did charge CT state sales tax. I am stressed because I have no idea who I will be able to get to reinstall the floor.

Joseph and his crew did a great job painting the interior of the house and doing some minor drywall repairs. Also installed some closet shelving. Entire job was done quickly and completed ahead of schedule. I expect to be hiring again for some other work in the future.
