I was contacted quickly by Jim, the owner. We had an alarm system, but were interested in something with wi-fi capability so we could monitor and control the system remotely. He described the options, and I was happy with his suggestions and the cost. He did the installation within a couple of days, and everything went perfect. In the process of testing some of our original equipment, Jim discovered that two of our critical zones weren't working at all. Jim's cost on the monitoring was also a significant savings over what our previous alarm company was proposing. I would highly recommend Jim.

We decided to hire JCSN to install a surveillance system for our Church after receiving three bids. Jim at JCSN has been great to work with since the very beginning of the project, which we have done in three phases over the last couple of months. He has been upfront about all the work that needs to be completed and walks us through the plan he has for running the wires and where the cameras will be located. Jim arrives on time and is efficient with his time while he is on the job. The installation of the surveillance system has gone flawlessly and the system works great. JCSN has great customer service, competitive rates and wonderful quality of service. We highly recommend JCSN.

I SPENT WEEKS AND WEEKS TRYING TO FINE A QUALITY COMPANY TO INSTALL A HOME SECURITY AND CAMERA SYSTEM FOR MY HOME.SOME OF THE COMPANIES I LOOKED INTO WENT FROM ADT TO COMCAST. AFTER INVESTING MANY HOURS ON THE COMPUTER AND TALKING TO COMPANIES IN PERSON I DECIDED TO GO WITH THS COMPANY JCSN SYSTEM LLC. YOU WANT SAVINGS, HONESTY AND THE QUALITY OF WORK CALL THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL MY CONCERNS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
