Needed a minor security system repair. Jim was very responsive and easy to work with. Cost of repair was very reasonable.

Highly recommended!! After talking on phone determining approximate cost, Jim came out to look at the property to determine security placement. After looking at the property Jim gave me an estimate breaking down the costs I was satisfied with. Install Day : Jim showed up with his friend John (another nice guy by the way). Showed up on time as said ready to start work . Jim walked us through the project one last time before they started so we were all on the same page . The rest of the install went smoothly and the end product was exactly as discussed. Couldn't be happier with the job that was completed ! Thanks again!

Jim was a pleasure to work with. Everyone else wanted to replace the whole system. Jim evaluated the system and recommended replacing just a few components for less. Work done was terrific and he explained the system in great detail. I would highly recommend Jim/JCSN Systems to anyone.

Jim the owner came out and gave me his honest opinion on my security system he was very polite and explained everything in detail he quoted me a price and stuck to it. I was very happy with the care he took with making sure none of the wiring was showing and that everything that I wanted to see was captured. He also made sure that if I needed additional cameras that the wiring would be available with minimal work. I thought his pricing was fair and reasonable. The one thing that really stood out with Jim was his honesty out of all the calls that I made trying to find a good installer he was the only one that got back to me promptly.
