Cotti-Johnson upgraded our electric service from 100AMP to 200AMP, installed a generator connection , provided a 10-foot power cord, delivered and trained on a Generac generator, installed a power failure/restoration alarm system, wattage meter, added a subpanel for future growth, upgraded an extra 220V plug, installed whole house circuit breaker (code), relocated our outside service and upgraded to code and added copper wiring for resilience, installed a hybrid electric water heater with expansion tank, mixing valve, condensate drainage, and completed all wiring to the water heater ... in two days and coordinated all permitting with the town and teamwork among plumbing and electrical at Cotti-Johnson. Team members Tim, Mike, Ashlee, TJ (electrical) and Aaron (plumbing) were courteous, professional, capable, personable, and kind. My family and I are deeply appreciative that this big (to us) project was handled completely by a centralized resource. Thank you, Cotti-Johnson team!

Getting an estimate and subsequently replacing an existing backup generator was straightforward. Everything went smoothly and the system is working without any issues. Everyone was polite and professional. Very happy with the company. Highly recommended.

Responded immediately to the side effects of a water break in the house. Immediately restored electrical services to dry areas, came back a few days later to restore more services. Gave detailed proposal before work was initiated, had enough supplies on truck to immediately replace most of affected parts. and advised on purchase of replacement fixtures. The technician was cheerful and understood my goals in restoring service.

This is a great team to work with. Standing from the sales rep, the installers. The office worked around my schedule at all times. Any questions I had they stopped they explained. They walked me through every part of my generator and the steps I need to take to care for it. They took care of all the paperwork inspections licenses. Their finance team was wonderful to work with. There was no mess in my yard nor my basement. You would never know they were here unless you walked around the side of the house and saw the generator. Now New England bring on your storms I'm ready! I couldn't have said that without this company behind me 100%.

Had a great experience (so far - we have a lot left to finish on our project) with Daniel from Cotti Johnson. They are clearly a well-established and highly professional company. He spent a lot of time going through our 110 year old home to check every outlet and inspect all current wiring for a planned electrical upgrade. He found some scary patch jobs that were quickly remedied and I liked that he presented the “good, better, best” options to us and we were able to land on things to do immediately to correct safety and code issues and plan for a return visit to handle the upgrades. Most impressed that they were reliable and actually showed up which has not been the case with many other Cape contractors/tradespeople we’ve tried to hire this summer. Top notch and would use them again.
