Dave and George are great, they kept us informed and were extremely responsive. My husband and I were not in total agreement on where and what type of fence to install. JB Property Development provided several estimates without any complaints. George told me several times "we will do it any way you want." We started with wood and switched to vinyl, it turned out beautiful

George and Dave were great to work with. Very responsive and got our 2 1/2 acres fenced beautifully. Their crew was very professional and we really appreciated their attention to detail and keeping the work site clean, especially over the weekends! We had a bit of problem with the gate and George and Dave responded to us within minutes and were able to correct the problem within a few days. Highly recommend!

Very professional from start to finish. Although the job was simple in scope, just a split-rail fence installation, they took great care to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I had just installed new sod and was concerned that it would be damaged during the fence installation. The fence looks great and my new lawn looks perfect.

Do not trust them. Warranty is not something they honor. I had work done in November 2016, was told in an email they have a 1-year warranty. In August of 2017, I began to contact them after the area they worked on started leaking again. All I ever got were empty promises to "put me on the schedule" or "swing by next week" and so forth. After each broken promise, I had to contact them to find out what the latest excuse was. So after 3+ months, I have given up hope that I will ever see anyone from JB. It is a shame that they are not men of their word.

Dear Sir, we made a visit to the project address the week of week of Oct. 9 2017. We evaluated the issue and determined that the possible leak was not coming from the repaired area. We spoke with an elderly lady at the premises and informed her of what we had found. We also informed her that a water test would need to be accomplished since there is no attic access to inspect for the source of leak. We asked her to contact you (we believe that you live outside the area...) and have you get in touch with us about the new issue. We will be more than happy to meet you at the location to perform the water test to determine the source of the leak. If it is determined that the source of the leak is in the area under warranty - we will honor the repair at no charge per our warranty. Sorry for any confusion.
