JB was very quick to respond and listened to what we wanted. He offered his professional advice and promptly returned to complete our project. We especially appreciated his eye to detail in supervising his crew while they worked and their clean up. He was a hands-on supervisor!! JB Blanchard will be our landscape company.

I was overcharged on my project to scalp, remove dead shrubs and clean back yard (turf) and patio. They charge $150 per hour , team of 3 workers. Did a great job and the owner was very professional; however, when I received my invoice, it was for 3 hours more than time spent on the job! They charged for the hour they were at lunch and time to go to the landfill to dump which we were not quoted! I spoke with Judd and he did correct the invoice and apologized 3 times. Just disappointed it happened to begin with! I felt like he should have made certain of the time before he invoiced me! Felt like I was taken advantage of!

Be forewarned. Do NOT hire this contractor! He quoted my wife one price and when it came time to pay, he insisted on more money. He cursed me out on the phone when we disagreed and told me that if he was at my door that he would slap me. I don't take kindly to unprovoked threats of physical violence.

We strive to meet every customer expectations. When pricing was discussed. when the transaction was ready for payment. Upon trying to collect a payment, you refused to pay sales tax. Also, we even honored your veterans' discount at your request. Then you started getting hostile over the phone with verbal threats, all while the business owner was more than 200 miles away working. After all, we wish you nothing but the best.
