James and his crew were professional and friendly and used extreme safety measures to complete the job. He was conscious of existing trees and used extreme care around the landscape. He helped navigate challenging neighbor discussions and permit identification, while managing to delicately remove a large 5-story tall tree between homes and sensitive landscapes. He is also friendly and experienced enough to be mindful of pitfalls in the process. The team worked hard.
