    I hired J.Andrade about a year ago to remedy a botched roof job from another contractor. J.Andrade was punctual and professional. He went to the roof and took pictures to show me what the problem was and what needed to be done. The price he quoted seemed reasonable. When he completed the job, and he took pictures to show what he did. J.Andrade explained everything to me in a manner that I would understand. I did not have any more problems with the roof.

    Juan is great. Very responsive and great follow through. I had several annoying questions after he finished the job and he was patient with me and explained everything. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

    Juan showed up at exactly the time that he said that he would,explained the problem and fixed it,even going as far as to fix a few tiles that I hadn't realized that were loose. He called after a rainstorm to check up on the repair. I would absolutely hire him again the next time i need roofing work.

    I would not recommend this contractor at all; it appeared he did not have the knowledge to complete this project and felt he knew more than the inspector. After the inspector spoke with the contractor he did comply and correct the issues satisfactorily.

    I hired them to repair my metal roof. Juan did an excellent job. He correctly identified a problem, took a picture of a problem area while on a roof and showed it to me. He took care of a problem same day. He is a real pro, knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him.
