James made a quick response from my inquiry on Home Advisor. He was thorough with the description of his work and covered all my questions. His work was outstanding. He and his helper were very polite and took care of moving patio furniture, etc, before and after the job. I will use this service again.

James came out and spent some time to give us a solid estimate for the required power wash of our house. There were some especially tricky spots and he really took the time to estimate what needed to be done. These efforts were the main reason we decided to hire his company. In addition his estimate was reasonable. He was very punctual in coming to begin the job. He and his assistant worked literally all day, from 9:30am to nearly 7pm, despite it being a very hot and humid day). They were not able to finish the job that day, but came back the following week to finish it. Only then would James accept payment even though we had offered to make a partial payment after the first day. Despite needing extra time, James stuck to the estimate he had given. The difference in the before and after is amazing particularly in those especially tricky-to-clean spots which no one had ever made any real effort to clean before. Kudos and our deepest thanks to James and his assistant for cleaning those areas, as well as all of the rest house!
