Joe Gendre was very professional and accommodating. I thought my porch light was bad. He searched until he figured it was the switch. Very polite. He moved some jobs around and what was supposed to be next week service became next day. The lights were out in the bedrooms and bathrooms and for an old lady like me is quite unnerving. Turned out the breaker in the panel was bad and he had to go get one since he didn't have one one his truck.I thought he would be back the next week when he had one. But again to my surprise he went and got one and came right back. I expected to pay at least 25%more and was pleasantly surprised, again, at the out come. I have already given his card to my friend across the street. Thank you for your excellent service Joe. I know this job was not a big one but he treated it like it was.

Once the electrical box was opened and assessed it was apparent that the electrical box was pulled away from the house wall by the ground settling. Much of the wood frame behind the box had experienced water damage requiring long screws to seek enough wood meat to pull the box back to the brick wall. A vertical slip sleeve pipe was installed to adjust for the horizontal piping in the ground settling. The owner agreed to add foam, calking to help seal the wall box to the house wall and add a sloped top cover and sides to add additional protection from future heavy rain. This was an original construction land settling issue that is not uncommon.

The guys arrived on time (actually they were early but they called first) went right to work to find the problem and didn’t over charge me. I have already hired them to come back and do some additional work for me. I would recommend them for any electrical work.

I just bought a brand new refrigerator . . Where we plugged it in, it overloaded the circuit. Joseph came out , Found my problems and fix them quickly. I m so thankful that I found Jag Electrical. It Was a wonderful experience and I will definitely use them any time I have the Opportunity!

Joe was very conscientious about cleaning up the work area. He doubled checked that each outlet he installed worked without tripping any breakers or GFCI plugs. He even fixed a socket on a light fixture that wasn't on the work order. He was treated us with friendliness and courtesy. I highly recommend JAG Electric!
