This man can do about anything you ask of him. He is as you might think, very much in demand and therefore hard to get. It's worth the wait. I've used him for over 20 years and have no complaints.

Since August 11th to August 26th, JD has been promising to repair a hole in the ceiling at our rental home in Duluth. So many excuses plus he is so unprofessional. Finally, we made an appointment for either late Friday or early Saturday morning, August 26th. I set it up with the tenants and now at 7:15pm Friday night, he cancels once again. Said he had to reschedule for next week! Really 16 days now and repeated cancellations. Why on earth would I want to do business with this company??? Hope other read this. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Initially I was somewhat pleases with the service. However I learned that the aeration is 2 in plugs. 4 inches is recommended for impacted soil. He did some additional limb cutting for me but could not haul away the limbs. I was fine with it at the time. Subsequently I hired him to come remove the limbs and gutter cleaning. A couple months after the gutter cleaning I noticed water flowing over the gutter and not out a nearby spout. When I called back I was told that all gutters were thoroughly cleaned initially and that since I had a lot of trees and we had a few severe storms that the downspout clogged again. Mind you that I have 3 other downspouts on the house that are much closer to trees and have no problem. In addition he told me that there was a minimum charge of $125 to come back out. Also I was planning to use him for another service that was quoted. I thought I had found someone great to do business with. I had even previously referred him to my neighbor. In light of the gutter situation I will not be using him again and would not recommend him to anyone else. Perhaps better treatment regarding the gutters would have sustained a long-term client/business relationship

JD installed crown molding in our master bath and guest bathroom. He did an excellent job.

JD is a lifesaver! My hot water heater was leaking and he arrived the next day to replace it. He stayed within the budget I had to work with but got a high quality hot water heater, then spent the majority of the day installing it. The original contractor who built the home did not properly vent the gas from the hot water heater to the outside, so I would smell gas in the garage frequently. Once JD was finished, I actually had more space and best of all no gas leak. JD has also done several other projects for me such as painting shutters, plumbing repair, etc. He's honest and has a high work ethic as well as integrity. He doesn't take advantage of people. He is what I call "old school" - he does things right the first time and his work is high quality. He also charges a fair price. Even if he charged way more than he does, I'd still hire him. He is one of the very few contractors out there who actually cares about the customer and takes pride in a job well done. I will be hiring him again soon for more projects.

He has a consturction business and was wonderful and professional to my home. I value his recommendations. He was observed a man that knows his craft as he inspected my home. I'm glad I met him and plan to do more business with him.

JD is a real gentleman, a hard worker, he went out of his way to please our requests.

JD worked hard and long hours to make the siding he added to my home match the existing siding. He did a wonderful job. He painted the siding to match the house and the new work he did blended well with the old house. I would do future work with his company and I highly recommend him.

JAD Construction showed up on time and if schedules slipped they would call to notify the situation. The quality of work was outstanding.

They did all the work as promised and it was a pleasure to find a company who took pride in their work. We plan to call them again when the yard need attention. They are the only people I would use for my yard. I almost recommended them to my neighbor.
