Great experience! John was so quick to get a tile sample, get it tested for asbestos, and, when the test came back positive, get the asbestos removed asap without any mess! We didn't have to alter our kitchen remodel timeline at all despite the setback thanks to their great work.

We began researching asbestos testing on garage siding on Thursday afternoon. Three services were recommended. John of JACXpress contacted us and within an hour of the contact he arrived at our house. He was very professional and congenial. He inspected the site, took a sample. On Friday in the early afternoon I received the results regarding possible asbestos from Environmental Testing Laboratories, Inc. John also called to let us know PDF had been emailed to us. We had results in less than 24 hours! We were very impressed!

John and his team were amazing to work with! John kept us informed through the whole process of asbestos flooring and adhesive grinding in our basement. Even though the job turned out to be more difficult with the adhesive than initially thought John and his team made sure everything was done right! I will be recommending them to anyone that needs asbestos removal services.
