Wow. After having a complete panic when we took out some flooring in our basement a realized the age of our home makes the flooring a possible asbestos situation... I called John at Jacx after seeing their reviews online. John took action immediately and had his team come out at 8AM the next day. I paid for expedited results and it was worth every penny for peace of mind. Received results same day . Also, given the odd times...I appreciated them still taking covid precautions. Would definitely recommend.

My overall experience was thorough, courteous, professional, reasonable and kind. After contacting JACX they responded with the quickness, accessed our needs, made an appointment with us and reported on time with professionalism, pleasantness and safety as a priority. Every step of the process was explained in detail as well as the plan of action to be taken depending on the test results of the tile samples which were being taken and tested for asbestos. The next day I was contacted with the great news that all was clear; no asbestos. It was just a pleasant encounter with JACX and I would highly recommend them if you are in need of the services their company provide. Thank you.
