Dennis and his team are wonderful to work with and their customer service is top notch. Dennis got to know us. This is important because we felt like we had a friend we could trust. We also had all our windows replaced and had some significant repair to our house where we had rot. Dennis's calm and trustworthy demeanor made it easy when this additional repair project surfaced. Also important to note, he was extremely fair in pricing (we received several other quotes before choosing Dennis). Highly recommend.

Because we had recurring leaks near a second story deck with sliders, our project included removing the deck, replacing the sliders with a large window, and replacing cedar shake shingles on two sides of the house. The project lasted over two weeks and included both interior and exterior work. These folks were a pleasure to work with. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and their craftsmanship was excellent. The workers on site were skilled, polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves every day. Dennis also came in at his estimate, with no surprises except a few hundred dollars to replace water damaged wood panels, which were only evident after shingles and Tyvek were removed. We fully intend on hiring them for our next project. I don't often give 5-star reviews, but Island Maintenance and Remodeling earned this one.

Dennis and his team showed up on time and finished the project within the discussed time frame. We installed vinyl siding, wrapped all exposed wood in aluminum, and replaced the soffits on the house. It looks beautiful! They also pointed out any other exterior issues we had and fixed them during the job. Dennis did a great job of communicating and giving us cost saving recommendations for products and services. Would definitely use Island Maintenance again!

The workmanship was excellent and they are very professional.

Very professional, on schedule, job very well done. Island Maintenance did all our shingles with red cedar. From the beginning of the job to the end all was done perfectly, they pointed out some little details that they fixed, they cleaned every night. Couldn’t have chosen a better contractor. I already give them more work.

I'm very pleased, very happy, they did a great job. The bench coat/rack is incredible, we showed them a picture of what we wanted and they built it just the way we imagined and put it all together and they did a good job.

He is a very dependable, honest businessman. We discussed all the costs up front. He gave me plenty of choices in price. I always felt like I was in the drivers seat. At the same time he gave me plenty of great ideas. My house looks beautiful!

Dennis was sympathetic with our issues. He was prepared to perform emergency work for us when our last contractor failed to finish the work before the bad weather set in.
