Mike did the installation on my water system He was friendly I asked if I could look over his as he installed said no problem I asked lots of questions he answered them all . Tore out my old system and took it with him I did not have to get rid of anything Did a great job. I called the office on a matter she answered my question in a very friendly manner. The system is still new but so far I am very happy with it and my only regret is that I did not get in touch with them sooner.

The office staff was friendly and the service person, Mike, did a nice installation and cleaned up after himself. He did a good job of explaining the system. They also got us in right away.

I was a bit confused as to when to decide if what they had done to our softener would work. They indicated that they didnt think it would really work. It was old and not basically repairable. They said they sold softeners and the cost would be $1700 which sounded quite expensive to me.

The Customer Service Rep evaluated my old softner and determined it was not repairable without a lot of work and he wasn't sure he could get the parts. (Sears Water Softner) He mentioned that they sold a good brand of Sofners and suggested one that would do the job for us. I bought a new softner from them and he came back and installed it that afternoon. I'm very pleased with the advise and decision.

Called on a Wednesday. They scheduled me for the next day and did the job in 30 minutes. The job was removing an old water softener and fitting a copper pipe replacement. They hauled out the old one too.
