We met with Chris and Nancy, along with other pool contractors. Even though Chris and Nancy (into H2O Pools) were not the most expensive nor where they the cheapest, we decided to move forward. Our concerns were our dogs because they are able to go in and out when they wanted so Into H2O pools had to work around our schedule. My other concern was keeping us updated on everything that was going on and what was next. Chris and Nancy were on the ball!! We signed the paperwork and the process started and never stopped until our pool was done. They would call the day before and tell us what was planned for the next day. And once their crew was at our house, they sent us pictures. I am a traveling salesman, so seeing the pictures were amazing! The best part, our pool was completed in about 7 weeks! Not only did Chris and Nancy work around our hectic schedule, kept me updated more than I would have expected and with pictures but finished our pool not just on time but early. The workmanship is far above excellent and our pool is beautiful. I wish Into H2o pools did other work because I would hire them for another pool project again. But I already have a pool by them. Use this company, you will not be disappointed!

We have been satisfied customers of Chris and Nancy for over 4 years. In addition to providing weekly cleaning service, they have resurfaced and re-tiled our pool, installed a heater (heat pump), replaced the filter pump as well as the chlorinator. Their workmanship is outstanding and very fairly priced. We highly recommend them for any services you may require.

In my personal opinion I feel Into H2O Pools did not satisfy my needs nor my expectations of what a pool company should do during the months of building my swimming pool and attached spa.
