When i met with the sales team we agreed upon a price over the phone. Several days later after the installation the vendor decided to charge my credit card for additional work which was not agreed upon. When i showed the company the quote we agreed upon, they provided me inflated prices which we never discussed. The install team did a good job and neat work, but how can you respect a company who decides to charge you what they want?
Response from Company:
This customer asked for a discount if he programmed the system himself. My tech then programmed the dvr and router. I explained to him that he would have to pay for the service that he removed from the price. He agreed then I guess he had second thoughts about it because he asked the sales representative for a refund. Since he refused we got a bad review.

The technicians were very professional. They showed up on time, finished the job as scheduled, and even went over every detail with me so that I would be able to properly use the remote system. Great job.

Did give enough training or instruction how the camera. Until had to call them for the wirering for camera fell. The saleman then came and gave me more instruction on it worked.
