David was prompt, a little expensive and did a pretty good job. He however did not provide me with an invoice of his work and I phoned him several times requesting him to provide me with one. As of 3/12, he has finally provided me with an invoice of his work. It seems that once the job was done, he no longer had an interest in his customer.

I give invoices by email. Patricia says she doesn't know how to get her email,so I hand delivered her one. But she did know how to go on line to share her opinion, and she called once.

Carpet was removed the day before installation of hardwood. The tack strips left debris and carpet fibers that needed to be cleaned up. They did not clean up and I had to do it in preparation of the installation. Got the impression they rushed through the job.

So what is her complaint did she not think we were not going to vacuum and do a thorough cleaning before we started putting the glue down, 2 men,8 1/2 hours for a 16x14 room wood glue down. Working efficiently it's not rushing through job. Once the glue is opened you can't come back tomorrow and continue. Louise gave us a $50.00 tip

Davids years of experience in Tile installation was quickly noticeable. He paid close attention to detail and kept the workplace very clean. I'm very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to use him again.

my floors are very uneven ,some tiles are higher than others, on his card it said 1650.00, but ended up to be 1900.00 and I did not know about the rise in price till it was time to pay, and my base board is falling of the wall.

All my work comes with a life time guarantee,and I have not received a call, if so I would have taking care of it asap. The price Incress is for material, 6 extra bags of mortar and 120 LF of baseboard and I told Doana about the mortar as soon as I ran out. Took longer to wright this than it would have to call me. Think it's about the $$$.
