Beth kept in contact until I had a convenient day and time for a one time interior house cleaning before I put my house on the market. She is willing to work with and for her clients to their satisfaction.
I have always been leery of a business owner who insists you post a review immediately & give them 5 stars! Obviously anyone can be on their best behavior or put forth maximum effort on their FIRST visit. I would hope the first visit was good considering I had to pay for the most expensive "deep clean" I had ever paid for, even though my house had just been professionally cleaned 3 weeks prior. I still had calcium deposits around all the drains in my bathroom sinks, streaks on all the mirrors and pet hair on my furniture! Deep clean?! Not!!! I had requested that we be cleaned every 3 weeks, Beth said NO, I can't accommodate you. She insisted I do every 2 or 4 weeks. I asked Beth to be here any time after 9:00a.m. she insisted on 7:00a.m.! I'm the paying customer and yet it's all about HER, HER scheduling, HER timing, HER convenience. Beth had my husband & I getting up at the crack of dawn so we could be showered and out of HER way by 7:00a.m.!!! My husband & I both commute 1-1 1/2hrs. to work, we have very long days and now they're even longer because WE have to accommodate the maid! Outrageous!!! Beth's communication's were horrible too. I tried to reschedule my last clean to a day earlier & she was answering me back(texting) telling me because now I'm moving my next clean more than a month out, I was going to be charged for an original deep clean again! Hello! I said a day earlier...not to mention she is the one that forced me to go with every 4 weeks instead of 3 weeks & I'm to be penalized?! Beth cleaned my house for the LAST time Oct. 6, 2015, she said she would send me a text when she scheduled me for my next clean, 4 weeks from then. Her text came & it read "I have you scheduled for your next clean on Sept. 2" huh?! She brags on this very website how big she is on COMMUNICATION!!! We had nothing but confusion trying to communicate with her, she NEVER listened to our needs and when I tried to express them to her, she'd turn everything back to HER and HER wants & needs. Her & her crew were here for hours the FIRST visit...the 2nd & 3rd visits they were out of here in 2 hours! 2800' house...4 bathrooms can you say "SLAPDASH"? This was a horrible experience for us. I had posted a glowing review, at Beth's urging, after our FIRST visit. I have learned a valuable lesson here, never again will I post a review until we have some history to base it on! They need to prove that they deserve it & if you are doing what you promised, then & ONLY then do you deserve it! Just like respect, you EARN it, not DEMAND it!!! Ask if she carries workmen's comp.
I don't understand this review, the customer never had any complaints, she said she liked our work. I told her about a couple of dogs looking for a home and because she didn't get the dogs, I get this review and she drops us, this truly has nothing to do with the cleaning. You had left a great review that I did not "make" you leave. I don't know how anybody "makes" or "forces" you to do anything. I did not "insist" you to leave a 5 star review....unless that's how you feel about our work. I would never do that. I do however from time to time ask clients to leave a review, if they like. I didn't force you to get up early, I asked if we can come early, but we did come later when you asked us to accommodate. I also told this client at the bid, the reason its difficult to do a every 3 week cleaning is because of the wkly, bi-wkly and monthly schedule that I have, 3 weeks throws off the scheduling, she said she understands. I always conduct myself in a polite and professional manner, I think that is one of the reasons I have stayed in business for 21 years, and won the 2015 Antelope Valley Press BEST cleaning award.

Beth and her crew were outstanding; on time, thorough and did exactly what they said they would do. She provided all the supplies and when done, went over all that was accomplished. I was extremely happy with the results and look forward to them coming again next month.

As a landlord I count on my painter, handyman, plumber, architect and now I feel I have added my cleaning crew headed by Beth Ross. I hired them not knowing who would be a good referral so I searched Angies List and found nothing local, BTW, I found that Angies list has little or nothing local. I Googled "house cleaning" and discovered HomeAdvisor, and all I can say is GREAT! Excellent turnaround and contact, Excellent qualified local help. Thank you Beth and thank you HomeAdvisor!!
