Write a ReviewHe was very good but didn't return calls quickly.
We are currently in litigation with this company. Terrible job, offered a warranty that they have not honored.Would never recommend them to anyone.
I had a small paving job. It was done very well and on time.
Great job, everything exactly completed on time and as promised. They were about half the price of others as well.
We hired this company after taking many estimates. They were not the lowest estimate, but they offered a one year warranty. Within 1 week the repairs failed, the crack sealant came out and got stuck on customers cars causing damage. This company would not honor their warranty, nor take our phone calls. Don't hire them
The paving project was installed in one day and they did a great job. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make sure the driveway was pitched correctly away from the garage. I would recommend Productive Asphalt Company.
Working with Mark and Productive Asphalt Co. was a pleasure. Mark quickly laid out the options I had (repair/resurface vs. complete tear out) for my existing 20-year old asphalt driveway and explained the benefits and pitfalls of each of the two methods. From the research I had done on my own, Productive Asphalt was one of the few local asphalt companies that was willing to do a "proper" repair and resurfacing job. The quote was fair (not the cheapest I received, but very competitive) given the work being performed so I went with them. Install day (communicated 2 nights prior) was painless. Crew was on time, neat, and did a very good job. The owner, Mark, was onsite the entire time. Personally, I have found that having the business owner working/onsite typically ensures a higher quality of finished product. I doubt I'll be needing the 2-year warranty given on the work. They were even able to repair some sinking walkway pavers I had that abutted to my driveway. Overall, a great experience.
While paving my drive, they clogged my sewer line. We could not use sewer for 4 days. Pipes had to be replaced. They did replace the clogged pipe, but left a 6 foot square hole in driveway and promised to come back to pave it. We payed $2000.00 before we knew about the clogged pipe. Five weeks have past and they have not returned. I call and get an answering machine but never a return call now I will have to get another contractor to finish the job.
This company is very professional - called the night b4 to confirm they were coming, came on time, a well trained & experienced crew & did a quality job for me & my neighbor at a reasonable price. Mark, the owner, was directly involved with the work & has great customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
Prompts, very reliable, good quality, Also, 1-year warranty included. What else to expect? I can rely on Productive.
