They did great work and great customer service. They communicated their pricing plan and answered all questions. They installed a much needed light in our hallway in our very old house that has a very old electric system. We would have loved for them to do more projects, but they were very expensive.

Unless your electrician coming to your home is Travis, I would NOT hire this company! All I had requested was for the exhaust fan in my bathroom to be vented to the exterior, but I ended up with a panic attack and a sour taste to hire any electrical company in the future. Travis was the technician that was assigned to come out and he was amazing! Through, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable! He took his time and explained a lot (I knew most) and then stated he needed to leave to get parts for our agreed upon completion of the job. He did state that his field supervisor Jeremiah, would need to come out to double check his work. I agreed and that is where it all went downhill. While Jeremiah did double check Travis work, he alerted me that Travis would not be able to do anything until my house was brought completely up to code . Jeremiah told me I would be looking at around $35,000 worth of work BEFORE anything could be done! This work included items that are for commercial use, NOT residential. While Jeremiah went back to his truck, I called my husband and we both agreed to fire the company. While attempting to fire, Jeremiah began to gaslight me in front of my husband (on the phone) and his boss (also on the phone) and claims he did not understand why. After trying to explain to Jeremiah multiple times that because he stated I would not be getting my project completed, the manager, Jeremy, offered to call me to get my side. While explaining to Jeremy what happened, I felt as though I was not being heard and understood, but treated as if I was "an over emotiona female. After a lengthy discussion with my husband, we both reluctantly agreed to have Travis come back into our home to complete our job SOLEY based on his overall mannerisms and superior professionalism. I do not appreciate the snide remarks regarding how our privately hired inspector did not do a through job when we bought our home in 2019 (he had been in business for decades and was a huge part of our successful home purchasing team and happens to live in our neighborhood) and how the coding consequently changed in 2020 after I mentioned when purchased our in 2019. (This comments came from Jeremiah) Again, all in all, if you do not have Travis showing up to your front door to complete your job, I would highly suggest keeping your guard up!
