They tries to rip me off. I had two projects I needed done one was just to replace an electrical outlet with a gfic outlet. Technician came and told me I had a voltage drop and wanted to charge me 13k to replace my electrical panel. (the average to replace a panel is 2k). I had another electrician come and check it out and found No voltage drop in the same outlets. They are also overpriced

I am so sorry you feel this way Zach. Regarding voltage drop in a home, we use specialized equipment to test for this. We have found few electricians use this specialized equipment, but we use it to help us serve out our mission "to prevent electrical fires." Voltage drop is a problem that can exacerbate bad electrical connections in a home. Most electricians use a simple voltage meter to test for voltage drop, unfortunately this is not enough. Regarding your concern about the price of a breaker panel, you are absolutely correct that some panel installations may be $2000. Unfortunately, in the jurisdiction your home is in, when a panel is altered the inspector requires upgrades that can often add substantial unforeseen expense. Having said that, if an electrician did the work without an inspection, you may be able to get it done for much less. Unfortunately, we just are not that type of company. We always strive to do what is right, part of which means allowing inspectors to examine our work when required. One last note, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Give our office a call, and we promise we will make sure you are satisfied. We provide this guarantee in writing to our customers, and it keeps everyone on our team on our toes when it comes to great customer service!
