They were competitively priced. They came on time and were very professional. I was given progress updates regularly during the instillation. They also finished the entire job in one day.

Matt Rich took the time to explain attic and crawl space insulation. I never really knew much about all the leaks that are in our homes. We had a little miscommunication near the end of the day, but it was all taken care of. He has a good crew working for him.

5 stars is not enough for the level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail that Matt & Alex delivered! We had a 3-part project that was completed in one day with no corners cut or mess left behind. We felt so comfortable having them work in our home because they delivered on every promise that was made. If you need insulation for temperature control or noise suppression, you NEED to give Matt a call - you won't be disappointed.

I hired Insulation Commandos to remove old and improperly installed batt insulation from the crawl space under the first floor of my home. Matt Rich came to the home. We both went into the crawl space, where he explained what needed to be done. He then ordered new R30 batt insulation of the proper thickness. Two days later, the work crew of Alex and Carson came early in the morning and took down the old insulation, bagged it up in the crawl space, and removed it to a large trailer to be hauled away. They were then joined by Matt and the three of them installed the new R30 batts under 1,000 square feet of flooring and did spray foam “air sealing” around all pipes that went through the floor. The entire job was completed in about 6 hours with no wasted materials. Matt went into the crawl space with me multiple times before, during and after the job to explain the “where, what, how, and why” of insulation. Because I am a “need to see and understand” guy, I really appreciated Matt.

Matthew did a thorough quote at my house shortly before Thanksgiving. Matthew was very professional, on-time and friendly.
