Tony, repaired a solenoid switch valve for me. Appointment was for 9:00 - 9:30 AM but due to another emergency sprinkler problem it had to be delayed. Tony did not give up on my problem and showed up late in the afternoon on a Friday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. Tony is a friendly, gregarious person who treated me with respect. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I felt he really cares about his customers and wants to give them the best service possible. If needed, he will be the first person I call if there are any more problems with my inground sprinkler system.
