Mike did a fantastic job. He was first to respond to my request. He was available to perform the inspection within a day. His price was a but lower than average. He is inspection was exhaustive. He looked into potential issues that I would have never considered. His report was extremely thorough and well documented with pictures. He offered to go over the results on a phone call, but we felt it unnecessay. Mike is the man you want to hire!

Mike was a pleasure to work with. The site listed upfront pricing which I really appreciated. The inspection was very thorough and he was super flexible by explaining the report to us at our car, as we had a rowdy toddler with us. He gave us a lot of suggestions and recommendations on how to fix some of the items on the inspection. Even offered to come back out free of charge to check something that was blocked by the Sellers items. I would def recommend Inspect a Home and will be referring him to my mother when she purchases soon.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The owner, Mike did a very very thorough inspection that went well above what I expected. He was very knowledgeable on inspections and took the time to explain the things he found. I received a very detailed report with pictures that was easy to follow and understand. Mikes price was better than others that I contacted. I am very pleased and highly recommend this veteran owned company.
