Very detailed but somewhat not 100% knowledgeable. Examples, the furnace shows "roll back fire" because the inspection plates were opened and not defective as inspected. He suggested that the rubber insulation for the solar power water line on the roof needs painting. Rubber discoloration exposed under the sun needs to be painted to avoid cracking.

This service was provided in 2004. The furnace did require service as stated in the report. The flashings required service as well to protect them from deterioration due to exposure to ultraviolet rays. Unfortunately, some handypersons or contractors do not always agree with my recommendations as there is always more than one way to make a repair.

Steve was very informative and willing to answer all my questions. I think he did an excellent job and was knowledgeable about other house things not on his report and that was extremely helpful to me as a first-time home buyer. He was willing to travel a bit to my prospective new home and made himself available when I was under a time crunch. I recommend him highly.

Envirovue was very professional and thorough. He has such a thorough inspection process and report that my realtor's office is going to recommend him for future work. Very informative and professional. Sensitive enough to speak in a language I could understand.. Willing to voice his opinion , and be helpful ..not thinking exclusively legally, but actually trying to help me make an informed decision. Caught many things the geo tech and structural engineers did not even notice or perhaps tell me about. Could and definitely would recommend this guy!
