Dont let this company Inside out remodeling Doug Childers close to your house.I hired them to replace my roof for $18,692.00.The shingles were put on so poor they are blowing off and leaking on the front porch,They have only being on for about a month.I now have got to replace that roof that he put on for another $15,500 from another contractor.This person needs to be in jail.I am 76 years old and a disabled Veteran on a fixed income. .

I did his roof and yes a couple of the ridge cap shingles came off i offered to come and replace them and he refused to let me even went as far as threatening to blow my head off he does not need a new roof all he needs is a couple coping shingles he also beat me out of over 3300 dollars but I'm not the only Contractor he has sued either it seems like he hires someone and then sues them

We hired Doug to put in a fence for us. This was a 15k project. We paid him half upfront and the agreement was the other half upon completion. Doug took our money and immediately went to a biker festival. His crew would come out and work for 1 to 2 hours and leave. (If they came out at all) This fence took much longer than quoted. After speaking with Doug multiple times, he then tells me that he ?ran out of money?. After paying him again he would not come back out to finish the job. It has been around 4 months and this is his quality of work. Btw this company has a D with the BBB.

I spoke with cody last week and told him I would be out this week to address the issues which the pickets can easily be fixed which i would have done but he starts bashing the company before I even had a chance to get out there s3condly the warped fence post has nothing to do with me or the way they were installed that is something I can't control the post were set properly 2 feet in the ground and straight when they were set. His dogs r destroying the pickets

Inside Out Remodeling owner Douglas Childers swindled me out of $6400. Asking for a second instalment of $3000, he banked the money and did not come back and finish the work. He left all of his trash and left the house in a mess, An unfair judgment by judge Iacoli did not compensate my loss and so now Childers realizes he can freely swindle others too. He took the money, He also used left over materials from there jobs that was in poor condition and really did not know many aspects of what he was doing. So, he really swindled me out of $3000 nd did not finish the job, left our home in a mess and did not pick up his trash.

Ok so mr. [Consumer Name Removed] was charged an amount and didn't like the price so he haggle with me and my first mistake was letting him haggle me down almost 2000 dollars I should have stuck with my price. We went in and done the work that was contracted him and his Asian wife kept adding other work which I done the little stuff and just wrote him a bill for an extra 700 dollars when we were done if he wasn't happy with the work then why did he pay the full amount also he lost in court his evidence wasn't there I used all ne m materials have receipts for everything. And got stuck with a 400 dollar bathroom vanity cause he did not like the one I picked out then he went and bought the same one

Doug was the 1st person to respond and came out same day for an estimate. Was very thorough and fair in the initial estimate letting me know that price could change based on any damages found after trim was removed. Total job was completed in 2 days including repainting. Will definitely hire for other projects. Top notch with communication, timely completion and fair pricing!

this contractor's quality and timeliness of work was subpar and communication was poor. outside jobs included deck repair/replacement and masonry crack repair. deck work and caulking were not completed for over a month. masonry work left grout on many bricks. chimney flashing repair was shoddy. doorbell repair was not completed to our satisfaction. we are now repairing their repairs on deck and masonry and would not recommend them to anyone.

This job wad complete and they paid in full once job was complete except for the cost to paint deck this lady expected me to walk around and fill in every little spot on the deck with wood filler including knots and was complaining about how lumber yards should not be able to sale lumber with knots in it and all we did with masonry was tuck point some areas on the house that we needed to acid wash the brick cause th3 concrete got on the brick a little but was gonna do that once we came back and painted d3ck

No they are handyman not contractors they came to my home tore two rooms up took 41,000 and didn't do anything left their house undone and disappeared they're con artist

This lady gave me a 20,0000 dollar check and we done way more work then the 20,000 dollars and after a week of working in a cockroach infested house I had to bomb my trailer cause there was bugs crawling out of my dewalt tools. Plus her dog bit not only me but one of our other workers so I told her I was gonna wait for her to get rid of the bugs before I laid the flooring and she decided to start cussing and threatening me with violence I refuse to bring bugs to my home or be bit by a dog

Tear down and removal of shed. Excellent service and timely. Removed and cleaned area of all debris. Highly recommend them for your needed projects. Definately will use them in the future
