Came in and did the job pretty quickly. Had a delay before but gave me a call for the heads up, which showed great customer service. Would recommend and hire again.

He arrived promptly to look at my issue when contacted. He reviewed and set up appointment to complete the repair. He and his helper showed up on time, completed the repairs in a timely manner. They were very neat and respectful of our property, making sure to cover floors, so as not to ruin the carpetly while working and walking to and from the project.

They were extremely polite and courteous. Came the day after I called and installed a new outdoor water spigot. Took them about an hour and they fixed the pressure on my shower head while they were here. Price was exactly as quoted, no last minute add-ons. Their card is now on my refrigerator, will definitly use them again.

Very pleased with the prompt, friendly service. Very efficient and told me exactly what had to be done and what it would cost in advance. The old, limed up water heater had to be a bear to haul up and out of the basement. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the appliance was installed correctly by an experienced plummer and that it will last for many years to come.

We had an emergency, winter hot water heater malfunction. Homeadvisor said they would help us to contact companies to repair the problem. We had guests at the time. Brad of Innovation Plumbing was Very responsive to send the service men almost immediately. Unfortunately, it was best to replace the unit. Still, the company finished the job so fast, we couldn't believe it! Thanks to all!
