Very professional. Very detailed bid contract stating everything they would do , so no surprises. Cleaned up after themselves. Helped me solve a problem over the phone before i had hired them for the repair. Fair price. Very happy will be using them again when the need arises.

Brad was quick to respond to my plumbing issue. He had to cut part of the ceiling to make the repair to my broken drain/tub pipe. He did his best to protect the area involved. Due to the nature of the repair, a mess was a necessary by-product of the work needing to be done. Brad worked efficiently, quickly, and when he was ready to leave, the room looked just as clean as when he arrived. I was thrilled with the clean up and the work he did. I would definitely call Brad again for plumbing issues.

Thank you Kristina! I couldn't have said it better myself. Plumbing can be a dirty dirty job and in this situation we had to contend with a second floor at least 65 year old drum trap. Not to mention plaster and lathe ceiling, in your daughter's light carpeted room. It is our policy to cover floor coverings in our work area. But when we are contested against 65 years of backed up sewage...it gets messy! We contained what we could to some black sewage on wall. I tried to wipe clean but have knowledge to test 1st. Kristina hope the few spots came clean. If I would have continued to clean the entire wall would have been black. I did inform our customer what would happen if I continued. Our customer agreed to let it dry up some and than clean. Thank you again Kristina for the great review. Brad, Innovative Plumbing llc
