Doug and his team are amazing! Our addition is everything we wanted

My wife and I hired Innovative Home Solutions to complete 3 home remodeling projects: bathroom, kitchen and finally dining room/den. Quality of work is excellent, customer service top notch and ability to manage costs and change controls superior.

I have used Innovative Home Solutions for two projects. The built and addition onto my home and a few years later I had a deck build. Both projects came out wonderful. I would highly recommend Doug and company for all projects large or small. They are professional and courteous, considerate and highly trustworthy.

I used Innovative Home Solutions for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and could not have been happier. Doug and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They were responsive and communicated effectively from start to finish. Doug had great ideas, performed high quality work, and was even more of a perfectionist than me. The job was completed on time and within the established budget. I would highly recommend Innovative Home Solutions.

This was our 3rd project with Doug, and he was very professional as always. The kitchen came out awesome, and Barbara was very helpful throughout the process. Innovative Home Solutions did a phenomenal job with our renovation. They exceeded our expectations and I will recommend them every chance I get. The workmanship is top notch, but here are the other things I appreciate about working with them: 1) Great process: They are on the ball. Doug and his team ran this project efficiently and effectively, finishing 1 week ahead of schedule despite that we voluntarily increased the scope of work. They took complete ownership of running the job which made things easy for us. 2) Professionalism: The right amount of communication throughout. We moved out during the work, but we always know what was happening. They sent regular progress updates with pictures; they clearly communicated what decisions we needed to make and by when; and whenever we were on the fence they gave us objective guidance/advice. 3) Doug and his team are always punctual, professional, and highly competent. They take great pride in their work, and they are experts in their field. In the end, our home is beautiful and we are really happy with the entire experience. They transformed our 1960 construction into a new house that we are proud of. I can think of several examples where they went above and beyond. I honestly donâ t think anyone could have done a better job.

I could not be more pleased with my bathroom renovation by Innovative Home Solutions. Doug and his team were so easy to work with and always available to answer my many questions. They were all professional and competent, obviously taking great pride in a job well done. Everyone deserves a similar positive experience throughout the craziness of a home renovation and youâ ll definitely get that with Innovative Home Solutions.

If I could give Innovative Home Solutions 6 stars, I would. Doug and his team including his kitchen design, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and Handy-Man sub-contractors provided the highest quality kitchen remodel. The effort was all-inclusive. From the beginning, I trusted Doug implicitly. He maintained schedule, provided recurring updates, produced cost-effective solutions that received that passed all inspections..., the first time and received rave reviews by my neighbors and my realtor team. All could not believe how beautiful my home now looked. Doug stayed with me..., took-on other projects to ensure a comprehensive and quality remodeling managed by one General Contractor. Doug did an amazing job on our 2 bedroom, 1 bath addition. His communication was exceptional through out the scope of the project and kept me and my wife at ease through the entire project (No small feat!). Doug worked tirelessly to ensure our project stayed on time and within budget. The high attention to detail and cleanliness of Doug and his team allowed us to stay in our home comfortably while the work was being done. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and owe it all to Doug and his guys. I couldn't recommend Innovative Home Solutions enough.

Doug was great to work with. From beginning to end, he was always available for questions and timely when working on the project. This was a big addition that required demo and finish. Doug price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Doug for any projects you may be thinking about.
