Good quality at a fair price! After a recent purchase of a house with cedar siding, our family came to the painful realization that regular painting of wood siding quickly adds up and that woodpeckers also find great entertainment in pecking holes through it. We decided to replace the cedar siding with a carefree alternative. We contacted three contractors for their suggestions and based on their recommendations, we decided to use steel siding. Of the three contractors, Innovative Building and Design returned our call most expediently and provided us with the most competitive quote. Moreover, they were willing to work with us on the smallest details. When the crew showed up and the work started we knew we made the right choice. The workers were polite, skilled and continuously overseen by a foreman who listened to all of our comments and concerns. Furthermore, someone from Innovative Building and Design came over every day to ensure that the work was progressing as expected. The work was completed as promised despite the minor delays caused by really cold (-10F) weather. Our slightest concerns and changes in plans were immediately addressed with no fuss and at no additional cost, even if it required the electrician to come to the house multiple times. The finished work is absolutely top quality and was completed at a competitive price. We strongly recommend Innovative Building and Design to complete any siding work; in fact, we have already done so to some of our friends and relatives.

We had an in ground pool installed by Innovated Building & Design and we could not be happier with the service we received, not to mention the beautiful finished product. From the start, Justin and his team were in constant contact with us, letting us know of the steps ahead and the selections we needed to make. I had many questions along the way and Justin was always welcoming of those and happy to answer. We have had so many compliments on our new pool and the stunning concrete surround. We now have an amazing backyard to create wonderful family memories in. I would highly recommend Innovative Building & Design to anyone contemplating a home improvement project.

What a relief it was to find a company like Innovative. I had contacted two other companies, each of whom had agreed and confirmed a start date to re-roof my house -- and neither one showed up! There was not even a phone call from these folks. I called three other companies, each one setting a review of the job for an estimate, but Innovative actually followed up immediately and the co-owner drove over (even though he was on his way to lunch with his wife!) to introduce himself and scan the job. As the interview progressed, I was completely satisfied with the professionalism and earnestness of the company. I hired them on the spot and called the other businesses to cancel the estimates. The job was completed in one day; the crew were highly professional, careful and efficient. When I had a question on one small part of the finished roof, Justin came over and reviewed the full job, helping me to understand the question I had. I highly recommend Innovative Building & Design. They show up, communicate, do fine work and leave the site in excellent condition. Kudos to this well-run company.

Innovative Building & Design has been an amazing organization to work with! When I reached out for information from various companies for a roof repair/replacement due to hail damage, I was greeted with very aggressive sales behaviors from all companies except Innovative Building & Design. From my first interaction with Innovate Building to today – which is the fourth project I’m working with them on - I’ve felt heard, respected, and valued. Tony, my project manager, took the time to help me understand the claims process and to work with my insurance claim adjuster on the evaluation of the work needed on my home. In the end I decided to pursue my roof replacement and various repairs to for the hail damage without an insurance claim. Tony and his team were fantastic in helping me to prioritize what I truly needed to invest in today and what could wait. The work started and completed when it was and there were no surprise costs! From my positive experience with the roof, I entrusted Tony and Innovative Building & Design with work on my front porch, garage, and fence. The level of customer service and care has been fantastic on all projects! I’m excited to work with them on a renovation of my second story - as well as remodeling my kitchen and main bathroom in the future! I can’t recommend Innovative Building & Design highly enough – nor can I adequately express how grateful I am for Tony’s excellent work, communication, and honesty.

They did our roof,new insulation in the attic, siding two new pored cement patios down spouts & gutters and I can highly recommend them for the top notch work and personnel care that they took in doing it all in a very timely manner. The project took a few weeks to complete due to a shortage/availability of concrete for the project. The work looks good. I am just waiting for the concrete to cure for the next few weeks so I can finally park on the new area.

They were responsive, worked quickly and efficiently and were very cheerful. They were the only company to respond to my request for an estimate. The other two companies from My HomeAdvisor didn't take the time to come out and view the requested job.

when he was doing our estimate, Justin answered our many questions with patience and helped us determine how to get the results we wanted within our budget. The crew was on time, polite and respectful, and did a GREAT job on the concrete work. They cleaned up and removed all debris, leaving our yard exactly the way they found it. I am so glad we went with Innovative, and I would definitely use them again if I have another project.
