I can’t say enough good things about INNOVATIVE BUILDERS HI! From start to finish, working with them was an amazing experience. I hired them for our home, and they exceeded all my expectations. First off, Chris the owner has an incredible knowledge of Hawaiian construction techniques, which was really important for me since I wanted to make sure the project aligned with local regulations and environmental considerations. He also has a great eye for detail, ensuring that everything was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, blending seamlessly with the beauty of our Hawaiian surroundings. The team was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. They kept me updated at every step, made sure the site was clean and safe, and worked efficiently to stay on schedule. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain things clearly, always answering my questions and providing valuable advice. What really stood out was their dedication to quality.

Very professional. Works with what you want but also offers solutions. Skilled builders who do not cut corners (unless it is trim, and then their corners are cut precisely). Pleasant and courteous. Actually enjoyed the experience and we love our kitchen!

Chris and his crew were polite and efficient and very professional. He listened to what we wanted and helped us find beautiful main pieces and finishing touches that make the kitchen ours to enjoy!

With 24 years experience, Chris, Innovative s principal, is indeed a Pro. Installed 4 security screen doors, framed and installed an interior door and was creative in correcting existing out of plumb alignments. A solid worker who gets the job done on time and budget!
