Michele [Consumer Name Removed]. requested a "change order" to add a Lighted Magic Bowl to her project during the construction of her pool AFTER her Jandy Lighted Bubbler had been installed. Jandy doesn't make a Magic Bowl so her only option was to purchase a Hayward Magic Bowl. Before we agreed to sell her a Magic Bowl we verified with both Jandy & Hayward that both lights would synchronize. We were told that they would. Unfortunately, they don't. We have been working with both Hayward and Jandy to find a solution to this problem. One solution involved a manufacturing change to the Hayward Magic Bowl Light hardware which took several months for Hayward to complete. Unfortunately, that solution doesn't work. At this point we have a situation where Hayward is stating it's a Jandy issue and Jandy is stating it's a Hayward issue. As a pool builder we rely on our manufactures to tell us whether a non-standard installation will work or not which is what we did BEFORE we agreed to sell Michele the Magic Bowl. We were onsite for 4 hours yesterday with Jandy's Area Service Manager testing the system to which we came up with a work around until a final solution can be worked out. We have not abandoned Michele [Consumer Name Removed]. and we won't. If there's a solution, we'll find it. If not, we'll completely refund her money and replace her magic bowl with the original non-lighted bowl she originally purchased.     We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
