I would not hire them again for any type of landscaping. And I wouldn't recommend them to my neighbors or friends. I had such a small project, I shouldn't have to pay upfront. I was even told that from a competitor and I should've listened. But my biggest complaint is their customer service. They had some until they got payment. But the foreman, supervisor, or co-owner never came to my property to check the quality workmanship or confirm the job was done to their and my expectations. I had a MESS to clean up. I had to buy a shop-vac and clean up large concrete mess. I had to get bags of dirt to fill in "cavities" under slab to provide support

The value for the money will depend on if everything survives the winter and does grow! No guarantee. The service was excellent, follow up excellent and thus far, the products all are doing well. Many neighbors have commented on what an excellent job the men did and how well the yard looks thus far! I am pleased and will recommend Infinity. Luis and his crew were good people to work with. Great company; they had to delay the start a bit, but communicated about this well, and the end result was done in a timely and quality manner. I will hire them again in the future.
