I was extremely impressed by Indoor Doctor! They are independent which means they do NOT offer remediation services and so they have no vested interest in any follow-up remediation work. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful during our initial call. They scheduled service promptly and James, who came to do the inspection, was professional and very educational about the possible sources of contamination. He was incredibly thorough and the final report had pictures as well as the laboratory findings. AND he followed up via text to make sure I had received the email report. It was less than 48 hours from the time he took the samples to when we had the very thorough report, most of which was favorable. They had concrete advice about next steps for the things that were causing air quality problems which we will implement. I cannot say enough positive things about Indoor Doctor!

Communication is exceptional. Every home should have the general air quality inspection Indoor Doctor provides. With more and more everyday products being made with synthetic materials, with chemicals, coupled with tight homes and little fresh air, we live in unhealthy environments.
