He was very thorough, he checked every room, he even did a sample of testing outside to see the difference.

James came to my home and did a thorough job testing, and was a pleasure to work with. Upon leaving, I asked about a follow up discussion with him after I receive my results. He affirmed that that is what they do. A couple of days later I received my report. There were some air quality issues and so I definitely wanted to speak to James or someone on their team for full clarification and also get any suggestions on how to remedy the problems. I contacted Indoor Doctor and asked that James call me so we could have a phone discussion. I then received a text from Rachel that James would contact me the next day, which was May 1. James was cc'd also. I did not receive a call so I waited until the following Monday, and still no call. I made a couple more attempts and I called their office and was told no one was available to speak to but they would get back to me. That never happened. It's pretty evident that they are avoiding me and I have no idea why.

I was extremely impressed by Indoor Doctor! They are independent which means they do NOT offer remediation services and so they have no vested interest in any follow-up remediation work. Jeff, the owner, was very helpful during our initial call. They scheduled service promptly and James, who came to do the inspection, was professional and very educational about the possible sources of contamination. He was incredibly thorough and the final report had pictures as well as the laboratory findings. AND he followed up via text to make sure I had received the email report. It was less than 48 hours from the time he took the samples to when we had the very thorough report, most of which was favorable. They had concrete advice about next steps for the things that were causing air quality problems which we will implement. I cannot say enough positive things about Indoor Doctor!
