They were great, helped me when my colors were a little off, were creative with trying to match texture. They actually called and texted any questions and confirmation as to when they would be here. In addition they were ALWAYS on time or early, first we have found that since being in Florida.

We needed help fast when our shower tiles began breaking apart due to water behind the tiles. In With the New...was the company we selected after several estimates. This company was very knowledgeable about how to repair this problem. They worked fast and were very efficient. We appreciated how pleasant and "tuned in" they were regarding not only the repair but the updating we did at the same time. We will use this company again in the future.

They are always on-time for appointments. When they start the job, they begin as scheduled and finish as promised. The job looks very professional and I would hire this team again.

I hired In With The New to paint 4 rooms and was so pleased with the results that I hired them again to paint the rest of the house. They really know what they are doing. They took care of all the details as well as the heavy lifting to make it very easy for me. It was such a pleasure to work with them - I will hire them in the future for my other home improvement projects.

If you notice other reviews, you will not be surprised to see that I too gave them 5 stars. This was a small difficult job that I assumed would be hard and costly to find someone to do. (Install a glass tile backsplash in a the kitchen....not a lot of space and lots of cut outs.). They took their time, made meticulous cut outs, and did not charge a fortune to do it. ABSOLUTELY PAT and TED!

Ted and Pat was always on time, worked well together, very polite and kind. Helpful in selecting paint colors. Good work ethics. I was very satisfied with the work done. Older home that needed painted top to bottom....looks like a new home now.!!!!!!!

Pat and Ted are awesome! Hired them for interior painting and was so pleased I hired them for exterior painting. Pat has a great eye for color which she used to help select just the right colors. They arrived when scheduled, were neat, professional and honest. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and for the cost quoted. I am so pleased with the outcome I am already planning additional projects.

As a rule I seldom award 5 stars to anyone or anything. However, I'm happy to recommend Pat & Ted to anyone wishing to hire personable, reliable, and accommodating people. They were punctual, wasted no time, and kept their work area very clean. They were willing to answer all questions, discuss quoted prices, advise the amount of custom-colored paint to buy, and managed to fit the job into their schedule to accommodate the short time-frame I had available. They constantly checked their work to make sure nothing had been missed, and left the work area tidy at the end of the day. Well Done!
