Impressive Flooring

Terrible job, He did not take the shoe molding off and splashed polyurethane and stained all over the moldings which took us 10 hours to stand and repaint. He left swirl marks and high and low marks on the floor and the corners are tuned up and did not get the stained all the way to the moldings. The day that he stained our floors he left the large container of stain wide open in our living room . Left all the trash on the job.

He has a very positive can do attitude and had the experience to work with my 70 year old hardwood that was showing it's age and needed a knowledgeable person to bring back it's original beauty. Overall, the work was completed very timely and the results were incredible! Would highly recommend him to anyone.

The wood floor was not smooth after they sanded and sealed it. It feels roughed up and has a gritty texture that makes it challenging to sweep.

Scott (the owner) quoted the job and did the work himself which I liked. Other companies will send sales reps out that don’t really understand the work. Scott also was able to come and do the job quickly - called him Saturday morning and he came Sunday morning - other companies were quoting 4-6 weeks out. Our home / wood floors are only eight years old so we didn’t need a significant sand and stain. Scott used a floor sander and did our first floor and stairs and stained them with a good water based product all in under two hours - I applied the second coat myself with some stain he left me five hours later. My only regret is that some of the small “chips” in the floor did not sand out - I regret not filling them in myself prior to having Scott sand the floors. I am impressed with the quality of the water based product that was used and would use it again
