On time.

I have a tenant that had a leak and caused four spots on the ceiling below my apartment. That downstairs apartment was under contract for sale. Jason was the first to call and I email pictures of the kitchen ceiling and a wall in a laundry closet. Jason wouldn't give a price range and said he doesn't drive around and give estimates for a small job. He got to the job and he quoted $545 and I said nothing. He did the work but his fee makes me feel like I am being ROBBED. I still haven't paid him and he says he will have to take further action.

Jason has a lot of good ideas. He can look at a single project and be able to identify that other areas will need attention soon. We will be bringing him back in the spring when we start terracing our backyard
