Needed a repair to a popcorn ceiling . Jason came out same day and gave me an estimate. He came back the next week and completed the repair in one day . I was completely satisfied with his excellent work . He is not cheap but his work is quality ,start to finish.

Jason did exceptional work. Truly a fantastic job. But he is extraordinarily expensive. I initially hired him to change out a powder room vanity and we agreed on the price. It was high, but still reasonable, Before he started, a sink in our master bathroom collapsed and I asked him to to fix. I knew that would be a tougher job to do than the original. But he couldn't give me a firm price. He ended up charging me more than the original job. But he did a great job. Just be aware that he is super expensive.

when the handyman i originally contacted to do my work no showed on the agreed upon day, i turned to HomeAdvisor for the first time. the no show guy was a "friend of a friend", and i should've known better. HomeAdvisor put me in contact with Jason with Ideal Home Repair. as a single female with no appreciable handyman skills, i needed someone reliable and reputable who could do the work at a fair price. some of the work i needed to have done also included repair of shoddy work done by a previous flood/water damage cleanup person. Jason came within a few hrs after i contacted him to go over my "to do" list. he said that he would be able to do all the things on my list, we talked about supplies that i needed, said that he could begin the work the following day, and we agreed on a price. Jason came the next day as promised and began that day. he finished quickly, and the (many) jobs were done professionally. he completed all the tasks that i asked him to do, and they all look great. I recommend Jason and Ideal Home Repair to anyone who wants any kind of home repair work done by a reliable and honest contractor. i am already planning my next home projects, and i plan to hire Jason for those as well.

I contacted Jason for a front deck replacement left incomplete by another vendor. Jason came the same day to assess the project. I showed him my ideas and materials I had already purchased for the project and they began work the next day. Jason is a superb listener and visionary. He offered great suggestions and communicated with me frequently throughout the project. They ran a an organized work site, cleaning up thoroughly during, and after, the project. I would highly recommend his company based on exceptional construction, vision, great communication, and reasonable rates. A real pleasure to work with, I look forward to getting back on their schedule for additional projects!
