IPM was contracted to mow my lawn - not landscape. The 1st time they mowed, they cut it at the height they wanted. When I asked them to cut it shorter the next time, they did, but left a mess behind. The 3rd time they decided to only cut 1/2 of the yard without consulting me and when questioned, I got a very condescending e-mail about how grass should be cut and when and that I was crazy to ask for it as short as I did. The owner implied that I was not telling the truth about the track marks in my yard - so needless to say - I terminated the business agreement.

My apologies we did not meet eye to eye. I did not mean to sound condescending just to teach my approach to a healthier lawn. The tone in emails can often be mistaken.I know now that you wanted you yard shorter than we had dicussed and I cannot change your opinion, but I did not want to cut thatlow due to the health of the lawn. We did not finish mowing that day due to the torrential down pour and I have adjusted your bill accordingly. My apologies again, as I could not fit your needs and that was not fair of me to push a higher height of a lawn on you. Our final results are a different product and I'm sorry we could not meet in the middle

A good job was done removing snow from my roof. The job was completed almost in the time frame projected. If I need my roof shoveled again I probably will call the same folks.

He responded very quickly and had the snow removed before I could blink an eye. Very carfull not to disturb any plantings and also offered tips on how to care for some of our landscaping. We look forward to working with Jim. Thank you.

Mr. Petrillo contacted me almost immediately after signing up with you, he came to the house to discuss what needed to be done and the next day he e-mailed me an estimate. I contacted him and told him I wanted to hire his company and that I needed the lawn done as soon as possible and it was done the next Monday. I am very happy so far.
