We have a 10 tear old brick patio that needed power washing and brick realignment and repair. Ilia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in the way he went about his work. He exercised patience and paid attention to details. We are very pleased with the outcome of our patio. His pricing was fair and we highly recommend him.

I recently hired I&B Masonry, LLC contractor to work on several projects at my home in Old Lyme, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. This contractor demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. The primary task was to repair the front brick walkway and the bluestone steps. The finished product is not only sturdy and well-crafted but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of our entrance. In addition to the main entrance, the contractor repaired the entrance to the pool area and constructed an impressive ramp for our golf cart. The craftsmanship was top-notch, blending seamlessly with the existing design. Throughout the project, the contractor was professional, reliable, and punctual. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I am delighted with the outcome. I am happy to give this mason contractor an overall rating of five stars.

Ilia and Eva were great to work with especially repairing damaged brick and tiles from the 50â s and making it look great as well as repairing a step into the house and adding beautiful stone to the outside if the step to make it look much better than it was when the home was built. We will be hiring him again for some Chimney work.
